HOME BUILDING
About The Project
Our home building project aims to keep families together and encourage parents to prioritize their children's education and lives. We collaborate with CONAPINA, El Salvador's child protective services, to provide families with safe, dignified places to live and raise their children.
We build movable homes on land where families are currently squatting or making small payments on the land they are living on. Additionally, we construct concrete homes for families who already own the land or are in the process of purchasing it and have demonstrated responsibility.
Through these projects, we strive to strengthen family bonds and foster community pride. Our work empowers families and inspires passion for the well-being of children within the community. This project stated in 2010.
Concrete Homes
Our homes are built with blocks and cement with a cement foundation. They are typically 20 feet by 20 feet, 2 bedrooms and one living room / kitchen or they are built as a duplex with 2 families sharing the same footprint and they are mostly built for people who own the land or have a loan and are paying payments for the land that they are living on. They typically have 4 jalousie style windows and one to 2 doors.
Depending on the budget and the size of the family they may even include a bathroom and shower area. They have a 30-year roof on them. This is a forever home which can be passed down for generations to come as long as the homeowner does proper maintenance. Usually, every home is different and made to meet the needs of the families. This house usually includes furniture, is at no cost to the client.

Wood Homes
Our 2023 and prior Homes were engineered with a blend of wood framing and resilient concrete composite material. For 2024 we are in the process of changing this project to metal framing and concrete composite boards, that is waterproof and fireproof. Our homes offer a practical solution for individuals seeking secure, efficient housing. Spanning 10 feet by 20 feet, these structures cater primarily to those in need of housing solutions on land that people are squatting on. Featuring three windows and a single door, each home is an one-room layout, ensuring comfort and functionality.
Equipped with a durable 30-year roof, our homes provide reliable protection against the elements, promoting longevity and peace of mind. Constructed within our warehouse facility, assembly on-site is fast, allowing for same-day completion upon delivery to the land. With a modular design consisting of nine panels, relocation of the home is made simple, enabling disassembly and reassembly on alternate sites if required.
Security is paramount, with locking windows and doors enhancing safety measures. Supported by a sturdy block foundation, these homes offer stability and durability for long-term habitation. With proper maintenance, our homes are rated to last between 8 to 12 years or more, ensuring sustained comfort for homeowners. We will now change the lifespan of these homes from 8-12 years to over 30 years.
